This Villa is located at 5 km from Siena's town and it's right on an hill
from where you will be able to have a 360° vew on the beautifull countryside
of the Chianti and of the "Crete Senesi".
The building is a typical stoned Tuscan farmhouse with wooden ceiling, and
its surface is of about 200 sqm, eight beds, big launge with fireplace, very
elegant kicthen with oven, microwave and dishes washing machine.

In one of the bathroom you have a double Jacuzzi.

Located at almost 900 m from the road Siena/Arezzo is the ideal starting
point for your tours in the Tuscan Land: Firenze, 75 km; Arezzo, 55 km;
otherwise toward our sea, 95 km.
At about 500 m there's a thermal area well know since from the 17th century,
wehre you can bath in a little natural pool, in a water rich of natural
mineral salts at a temperature of 37°.
